At Dental Practice Duinzigt, we are committed to continuously improving our care. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Despite all our attention and efforts, things may sometimes not go as expected. We greatly appreciate it if you inform us of your experiences, even if they are less positive. This way we can work together to find a solution.

What to do in case of dissatisfaction?

Do you have a comment, suggestion or complaint? You can always discuss this with the practitioner or report it to the front desk. You can also contact us by phone or fill in the online complaint form below. Your report will be discussed internally and we will contact you within four working days.

Complaints Procedure

Our goal is to find a suitable solution together with you. If, unexpectedly, this does not succeed, you can appeal to the complaints procedure of the ANT and KNMT.
